At Fountain and as stated in the SEND Code of Practice, all teachers are teachers of SEND. At Fountain we ensure all children's needs are catered for in order for them to reach their potential.
With learning at the heart of all we do, we prepare our pupils to succeed in and beyond education. Our school vision considers all children regardless of abilities and needs. We provide a curriculum that is innovative and challenging for all learners, and embed support strategies within lessons to ensure everyone can succeed and feel a sense of belonging.
We understand how invaluable working in partnership with families is, and so ensure that we build positive relationships with the parents and carers of all children, as well as with the other professionals who offer support.

Speech and Language
At Fountain, we buy in Speech and Language Therapy support from Chatterbug Speech and Language Therapy. Our Therapist is called Elizabeth Maher. Elizabeth is in one full day each fortnight. If you feel your child needs support with their speech and language needs, please speak to a member of the pastoral team.
